Reptile/Klassic : Mileena receives Poison immunity, which can prevent her SP2 Regen from being suppressed and gains increased chance for critical attack against poisoned enemies from Reptile.Characters with tag-in effects like Liu Kang/Klassic and Shao Kahn/Konqueror: These characters will make Mileena's tag-in more powerful.Characters who can inflict DOTs: Mileena increases damage of DOTs.Having a card that "counters" Mileena does not mean it is always a good choice. Please note that battles are highly situational: this section only mentions cards that have mechanics that, for any reason, are particularly effective with/against, or particularly ineffective against Mileena. Her Bleed and high-chance Stun on tag-in can be very useful. She is also particularly good with Reptile/Klassic, who can prevent her Regen from being suppressed due to Poison, along with Mileena in return increasing the poison damage. Ravenous Mileena is one of the best characters in the game, with here devastating Special Attack 2, which is the most damaging SP2 in the game, as well as her Regen on Special Attack 2.
